Successful marketing and advertising is a collaborative effort throughout the year. It is a combination of many efforts that work together to provide the desired outcome. Whatever the desired outcome /s may be, from increasing sales, new products and programs, increasing internal efficiencies, and increasing brand awareness to mention a few.
After we have completed a marketing program for our clients we then present a case study report, on the results of the marketing and advertising for that year.
For example, Meadow Wind Gardens Centre we increased their sales by 80% in the first month compared to the previous year, and averaged 40% throughout the remaining of the year.
World Elite was a new Venture and needed a little more than an existing client.
For example, World Elite required a new brand to market and distribute their products to the public (end user). TMW Marketing first developed a Business Plan that analyzed their potential and competition before Worldelite advanced on their desired venture. The Business Plan outlined their Marketing Scope, Branding, Financial Forecast for Three Years (presented in worst case, actual and best case scenarios), Return on Investment, Measurable at various Marketing stages and phases, and a Deployment Plan. Upon acceptance of the Business Plan we developed the Scope Document (that entailed all the work needed to be done in detail).
Upon approval of the Scope Document and a confirmation to move forward, we created their Corporate Identity and Brand. Deployed their Web site utilizing The Managed Web's applications to create an e-business application to allow them to manage the Web site on their own, sell their products securely on line, manage their web site through TMW's Core Application and manage their inventory , shipping and handling. Various marketing strategies were deployed following the Marketing Scope as outlined in their Scope Document from e-campaigns to traditional print strategies.
