Other accomplishments include managing a $250,000 internet project for the HRDC; reorganizing a department that delivered a redesigned website of over 130 pages in 30 days; and rebranding a ten million dollar company through it websites, email campaigns, and print catalogue. |

Robin is a Senior Systems Analyst, Instructor and Facilitator and has spent over 10 years working with business units to select or modify systems to meet their business requirements. Robins experience includes, performing requirements gathering for IT Systems and business processes and developing database systems for organizations such as Magna International, Hewlett Packard, and the Manta Group.
Before engaging in Management Consulting, Robin’s career steps with Hewlett Packard and the Regional Municipality of Peel exposed him to several projects that involved the development of business applications and implementation of systems in complex technical/operating environments.
Robin’s strengths are in systems analysis and design, requirements gathering, process modeling and design, documentation, and project management. To complement Robin’s competence as a Senior Business Analyst, Robin is also a Certified Instructor / Facilitator, PMBOK Project Manager, he holds several ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) certifications, and has experience in instructional design and training needs analysis.

Scott brings over 10 years experience in developing Web sites in HTML, PHP focusing on Joomla, ASP.net , Flash, and the complete folder of Macromedia products as well as in motion graphics and online marketing. Scott leads the development team as our project manager for our Web development projects.
