Marketing
A Marketing Plan is, if not the most important piece of any business. A marketing plan is a road map to your business's success acting as your guide in achieving your goals within one to three years. The marketing plan gives you guidance on sales, direction on strengthening your brand, and rolling out your products and services to your customers successfully.
In creating a successful marketing plan we start by truly understanding your business which results in creating successful marketing strategies. This is achieved through the Discovery Phase.
Consider us your strategic alliance partner. We have a strong interest in seeing you succeed and grow. When you become successful by reaching your goals through the marketing plan we designed, we succeed with you.
Your Marketing Message must be at the heart of everything you do!
Discovery Phase
It all starts with a Discovery Phase through a facilitation process in a think tank environment with the key stakeholders of the business, where we scope and refine:
1st facilitation - Discovery
- Your business direction,
- evaluate your existing products and services,
- evaluate your existing infrastructure,
- profile your ideal customer,
- psychographics of the ideal customer,
- demographics of your customer within your business reach,
- get consensus on moving forward with your corporate direction.
2nd facilitation - presentation of creative ideas
From the results of the first session, creative strategies and a draft marketing plan are presented. Discussion, modifications and buy in is gathered from stakeholders.
Presentation of Draft Marketing Plan
The second draft of the marketing plan is presented and minor adjustments are made:
- Definition of your ideal customer,
- outlining where is your market is,
- corporate directions,
- distinct outline for each direction with achievable goals,
- creative marketing strategies and accountable metrics to sales,
- timeline for deliverable strategies,
- strategies linked with allocated yearly budget.
Marketing Plan
The following meeting the final presentation of the Marketing Plan is presented and delivered.
On-going Support
Once the marketing plan has been delivered, the next tasks are rolling out the marketing plan, measuring and evaluating each strategy, and making minor adjustments as we go along. Our involvement can be from full hands on to providing assistance and guidance to existing marketing staff.
Timeframe
The timeframe to design a marketing plan is in the range of 4-6 weeks. Depending on meeting availability with stakeholders of the business and the size of the company/marketing budget will determine the deliverable timeframe of the marketing plan.
A one full day facilitation for the initial Discovery Phase is required, and another half day for the second facilitation. From that point on approximately 2-3 additional one to two hour meetings and or teleconferences may be required before the final marketing plan is delivered.
