Subscribe Module

The subscribe module entails many features such as the Contact Organizer, email Campaigner and Subscription Management.

The Contact Organizer allows you to enter all of your contact’s key information.  You can easily sort and find contacts through the contact organizer.  In addition you can place your contacts into groups or associate them in more than one group (i.e. potential contacts, exiting clients, friends). 

Once your contacts are in the Contact Organizer you can then utilize the full power of the email Campaigner.  The email campaigner allows you to create email campaigns using our unique editor as HTML emails.  Once you are finished with your email campaign you can then send it to any of the groups you have in your Contact Organizer.  Thousands of emails are sent out within seconds and you know exactly how many went out and which ones weren’t delivered to your recipients. 

The Subscription Management allows users to subscribe to your email campaigns or gives them the option to remove themselves from the process.  Upon removal the user is deleted from your Contact Organizer database and an email is sent to notify the administrator of the removal.
