The TMW Team is comprised of dedicated people who are ambitious about their work and our clients. We pride to call all our staff friends amongst working colleagues. Our relationships are quite unique in that when we work together we work effectively and genuinely. When the work is done we also play together strengthening our friendships.

Relationship building is the most important factor of our success, and this is influenced from the top. Our C.E.O., Karl Tettmann, strongly enforces relationship building with our clients, for it is where we are today. It's through these relationships that we gain our clients trust.

Our success is that we also nurture the ‘relationship’ factor in our own environment. By having a strong team relationship creates a strong working team environment that is creative, solution minded and supportive to each other.
